Purchase Process

OUR PURCHASE PROCESS

As you start your journey with us, it’s not just a transaction. You're stepping into a realm where your dreams are our dreams, your successes our victories, and your journey an inseparable part of our narrative.
Step 1

1) INQUIRY

You’ll engage in a discussion with a member of our sales team who will provide you with information about the currently available properties for sale, along with their respective details.
Step 2

2) Brochure & Site Choice

We’ll forward you a brochure/manual that aligns with your investment criteria. and share with you a sub-division indicating the available plots.
Step 3

3)FREE SITE VISITS & BOOKING PROCESS

We’ll schedule a convenient date for a complimentary site tour. Choose the plots that pique your interest. Our reservation timeframe spans 7 days, providing ample time for clients to conduct thorough research on their selected plots. A copy of the title will be provided to aid in the search process.
Step 4

4)SALES AGREEMENT & DOCUMENT SIGNING

Our legal team will create a contract for your assessment, necessitating your ID, KRA pin copy, and three photos. Sign remotely and send or sign in-person at our legal office.
Step 5

5)PAYMENTS

The client is required to make a deposit upon signing the sales agreement. We have several means of payment including; Equity Bank Account,  Cheques and M-Pesa Paybill Number.
Step 6

6)COMPLETION

Completion takes place 30days from the date the documents are sent to the land registry for transfer.
Step 7

7)TITLE DEED ISSUANCE

After registration, a soft copy of the title deed is sent to the client for verification of the names and the ID numbers. The originals are retained at the office until collection.
